I came across the Coaching for Performance in Football course through my relationship with the National Soccer Coaches Association for America (NSCAA).

I have been fortunate to have attained all of the top licenses in the US and have grown tremendously over the past 12 years in moving along the pathways of both the US Soccer Federation and also the NSCAA. However, this course offers a blend of theory and practical application that surpasses anything I have experienced before.

For coaches wanting more to tackle, either after they have exhausted the learning opportunities, or in conjunction with those learning environments here in the US, this is the course for you.

The depth of knowledge from the instructors is exciting. Knowing that leaders in the field are directly involved has given me the added motivation to embrace the challenges of higher learning.

The Application of Football Data module has taught be me to be critical of how the game is perceived and what data is important in coaching. The Reflective Practice and Pedagogy module has helped me tremendously in reflecting on how my players relate to the activities presented and delivered by me as a coach.

The course to date has been thought-provoking, informative and inspiring. The opportunity to receive this high level of instruction gives me the confidence to implement new approaches directly into coaching and leadership at my club.
